Our biggest single ordering week of the year. The most popular Mother's Day pieces are photo charms with grandchildren's faces (ordered by the parents on behalf of the children) and bangle bracelets with a photo charm and a birthstone for each grandchild. Many grandmothers add a new charm each year as the family grows.

Valentine's Day

Couples' photo pendants are the leading Valentine's order. A photo from a first date, a wedding, or a meaningful trip, sealed in a pendant necklace. Heart-shaped settings outsell round ones by roughly three to one for Valentine's gifts.

Memorial gifts

Memorial pieces are handled with particular care. They carry a photo of someone who has died, and the ordering process is often emotional for the customer. We write personally on memorial orders rather than sending automated emails. The most common memorial pieces are pendant necklaces and single dangle charms for an existing bracelet.

Memorial charms are also ordered by hospice workers, funeral directors, and bereavement counsellors as gifts for families. We offer a small discount for these professional orders.

Pet loss

Losing a pet is grief that many people feel uncomfortable expressing publicly. A photo charm with a beloved pet's face becomes a quiet, wearable memorial. These orders have grown steadily over the past few years and now represent a significant portion of our memorial business. The same photo guidelines apply: a clear, close-up face shot works best.

Graduation

A graduation photo charm is a nice alternative to the usual flowers and gift cards. We often receive orders from parents who want to commemorate the cap-and-gown moment in a lasting way. A double-photo pendant with the graduation portrait on one side and a childhood photo on the other is a popular variation.

New baby

Photo charms with newborn hospital photos or first portraits. Often ordered by new grandparents. Birthstone settings are popular for baby gifts, with the Swarovski crystal matching the baby's birth month.

Wedding and engagement

Bridal bouquet charms (a small photo charm attached to the bouquet as a memorial for a deceased relative), engagement-photo pendants, and bridesmaid gift charms are all popular in the spring and summer wedding season.
