Phony Red Sheep

The gallery

A collection of finished pieces from the workshop. Every item here started with a photograph someone trusted us with — a grandchild's portrait, a wedding snapshot, a beloved pet, a memorial image. Each one was cropped, printed on archival paper, sealed under glass, and set by hand into sterling silver or rose-gold tone mountings.

Photo dangle charms

The most popular order. A round, heart, or oval cabochon photo set into a sterling silver dangle finding that clips onto any Pandora-compatible bracelet. The glass dome keeps the image scratch-free and surprisingly vibrant — colours stay true even after years of daily wear.

Most customers order these with a child or grandchild's portrait. We also see a steady stream of pet portraits, wedding-day close-ups, and memorial photos of loved ones. The heart-shaped cabochon tends to be the choice for romantic or memorial images; the round works best for portraits and group shots.

Bangle bracelet sets

The adjustable bangle paired with a photo charm and a Swarovski birthstone crystal. These are the shop's best-selling gift sets — they arrive looking like a considered, coordinated present rather than a single charm on its own. The bangle adjusts to fit most wrist sizes without a clasp, which makes them easy to give without worrying about measurements.

The birthstone pairing is the detail that pushes these from "nice gift" to "meaningful gift." Customers often order one bangle per child, each with the child's photo and their birthstone. Grandmothers stack three or four on the same wrist.

Pendant necklaces

For customers who prefer a necklace to a bracelet, the photo pendants carry the same craftsmanship in a different form. The round pendant on an 18-inch chain is the most common choice — it sits just below the collarbone and catches the light well. The heart pendant is slightly smaller and sits a touch higher.

The double-photo oval pendant is the piece most often chosen for memorial purposes. Two photos side by side — a wedding-day portrait on one side, a recent portrait on the other. The larger memorial pendant adds a small engraved name plate beneath the photo.

Ready-made symbol charms

Not everything in the shop requires a custom photo. The ready-made charm collection includes initials (A through Z in a script typeface), infinity loops, small anchors, hearts, and flowers. These are popular as stocking fillers and as companion pieces alongside photo charms — a customer might order a custom photo charm of their child plus an initial charm with the child's first letter.

Gift packaging

Every piece ships in a small jewelry box with tissue paper and ribbon. Customers can add a printed gift card with a short message for no additional charge. Memorial pieces ship in a slightly sturdier box with a velvet lining — nothing about receiving a memorial gift should feel cheap or rushed.
